Subscription Cancellation Policy

At Luelix, we want you to have complete control over your skincare routine. If you are enrolled in our Subscribe & Save program, you may manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.

How to Cancel or Modify Your Subscription

  1. Log in to your Luelix customer account on our website.
  2. Navigate to the Manage Subscriptions section.
  3. Select the active subscription you wish to update.
  4. Choose to pause, skip a delivery, or cancel entirely.

Cancellation Timing

To avoid being charged for your next upcoming delivery, please submit your cancellation or modification request at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

Already Processed Orders

If your subscription order has already been processed and billed, the cancellation will apply to the following billing cycle. We are unable to cancel or refund orders that have already entered the fulfillment process.
